Unfollowed. As a vegan, there is just some stuff I can’t take. I don’t even care that he’s eating dog. Meat is meat is meat. And reading some pseudo-intellectual BS about how eating meat is justified because the meat-eater is “irrelevant” to the slaughter of the animal is not only outrageous, but uninformed and just plain wrong. Not only that, but Mills tried arguing that he doesn’t believe that animals have an afterlife, so again, it doesn’t matter. What does contributing to the slaughter of an animal and then eating its remains have to do with the afterlife? I don’t believe in an afterlife, I believe in the right for all innocent living beings to not be subjected to torture while they are living. Yes, a person who abstains from eating meat only minutely affects the “big picture” of the meat industry. But they do. By anywhere from 60-100 animals a year. Thats 60-100 animals living, breathing, because I can control my appetite. Because I don’t want my future daughter hitting puberty at age 11 because I’ve been pumping her full of outrageous amounts of meat her entire childhood. Get a clue, Mills. You want to eat meat, that’s fine. Almost everyone eats meat. But if you’re going to post an essay explaining that eating meat is justified on the grounds of…well…stuff that doesn’t even make SENSE, I’m going to unfollow you.
Oh, I almost forgot. He also says that he knows that dogs don’t fear death. What? Am I reading this correctly? How delusional can one person be? All living beings probably fear death. But when it comes down to it- there’s no way to know either way for certain. Oh, wait. Apparently MILLS knows.
